After Christmas holiday, Yoga with Atsuko is back again in Alwington Village Hall Bideford and Orchard Vale School in Barnstaple from on Thursdays. Suitable to anyone including the beginners.

Thursday 1.30-3pm (90min)

General level class, suitable for everyone including the beginners.

Drop in sessions available at £7 (£6.50 low income)

Orchard Vale School

Thursday 6.30-8pm (90 min)

(from 13th January)

£48.60 for half term/Drop in £9

General level class, suitable for everyone including the beginners.​

This half-term, this class will run for 6 weeks until17th Feb and the cost is £48.60 including 10% discount .

The priority is given to the students who can book 6 weeks in advance. Drop in places will be offered from 10th January if there are any places available. Drop in rate is £9.
