Build strength, balance and focus — one breath at a time

Are you ready to take your yoga practice a little deeper?
Do you want to explore more challenging postures, build strength and balance, and experience that amazing sense of calm focus that Ashtanga brings?

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful system that offers both physical transformation and mental clarity. It’s a complete practice with endless opportunities to grow and learn — but it can feel a little daunting at first!

My aim is to make Ashtanga accessible and enjoyable for everyone, whatever your flexibility, experience or confidence level.

We will  follow the Ashtanga Primary Series (the beginners’ sequence), with plenty of options and modifications so you can practise safely at your own pace — under my friendly but watchful guidance.

After three decades of teaching, I’ve learned that every body is unique. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach here — just supportive, personalised teaching to help you progress.

✨ Join me for the next Ashtanga Yoga Workshop — In Person or Online!
Each month, there’s one in-person workshop and one online session — choose whichever suits you best.

New Format for In-Person Workshops

We now have a refreshed structure to make the most of our time together:

🧘 1 hour 45 minutes of guided Ashtanga Primary Series practice
💬 15 minutes of Asana Clinic — where you can ask questions, explore tricky postures, and get clear, practical tips to help refine your technique.
