This mini retreat is a gentle reset – two nourishing hours of yoga, meditation, and deep relaxation.
We’ll focus on easing stress, soothing the nervous system, and tuning back in to yourself.
Perfect for all levels – no need to be bendy or experienced, suitable for everyone including absolute beginners.
Leave feeling calm, centred, and ready for the week ahead.

We’ll begin with gentle, grounding movement to ease you into the day, followed by two quiet meditations to settle the mind and soften the edges.
A simple, heartfelt talk will offer tools for meeting stress with kindness, and creating more space for stillness in everyday life.
You’ll be guided into deep rest with a long, soothing relaxation, and we’ll close with Louise Hay’s beautiful Loving Yourself affirmation – a gentle reminder of your worth.
Herbal tea will be served to refresh and restore as you take time to simply be.
