Online Morning Yoga
Every weekday morning from 9.00-9.30 on Zoom. £3 per session or £10 for the week.
General level class suitable for everyone. We do different things every day. Free optional meditation straight after the class until 9.45.
If you would like to enrol weekly, you can make credit/debit card payment here, or contact me for BACS and PayPal payment.
If you want to come to individual sessions, please contact me.
You can also subscribe to receive the recordings at about lunch time on the same day to practice later in the day. £1.50 per video or £6 for the whole week.

Gentle Ashtanga Yoga Wednesday 7.15pm
Wednesday 7.15-8.15pm Gentle Ashtanga Yoga £5
Chilled out Ashtanga class with lots of easy modifications. Suitable for both new Ashtanga students and seasoned practitioners. Perfect pace for mid week evening practice, but if you are feeling energetic, go at your own pace! (not suitable for absolute beginners to yoga, please join 6pm class instead).

Monthly on Saturday 10am-11.30
Once a month on Satruday morning from 10am to 11.30. The cost is £6. Please book your place using credit/debit card here. For BACS and Paypal payment, please message me for the link and payment details. Not suitable for absolute beginners.

Online Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop
Monthly on Sunday 10am-11.30
Once a month on Sunday morning from 10am to 11.30. 45-50 min of gentle yoga followed by a short talk, meditation and relaxation. £6.

Hi Atsuko,
Just want to say how very very much I am enjoying your online yoga sessions.
What I really like is that in 30 mins you do enough to feel that you have had a good workout, it hardly breaks in to the day, but it informs the rest of the day beautifully.
And I really like how a lot of it is familiar now but you put a new thing in most days which is fab.
So THANK YOU for introducing me to yoga and leading me to love it !
