Learn to Headstand with Confidence

4-Week Online Course | Live + On-Demand

Headstand can feel exciting – but also a little scary. Maybe you’ve tried before and couldn’t quite get there. Or perhaps you can go upside down but don’t feel stable or safe. Maybe you rely on the wall but dream of balancing in the middle of the room.

Wherever you are in your headstand journey, this course will help you:
✨ Build the strength and mobility you need
✨ Learn proper headstand technique step by step
✨ Practise safely and confidently – with or without the wall



The course outcome

 
  • Master the technique: Everyone will leave the course knowing the correct headstand setup and alignment

  • Practise safely: Build strength and confidence while keeping your body protected

  • See real progress: Notice improvements in your headstand, no matter your starting point

  • Keep moving forward: Even if you’re not yet upside down, you’ll have a clear roadmap to continue practising towards success

Dates of live training

Week 1. 16th November 10am (UK time)

Week 2.  23rd November 10am 

Week 3. 30th November 10am

Week 4. 7th December 2 pm (please note the time change)


Recordings will be sent to all after the live session

In addition to the live practice, each week,  you will receive 2 on-demand pre-recorded videos (about 40 min in total)
You will recieve the first 2 videos as soon as you sign up. Then each week you will receive 2 videos in the middle of the week.

✔️ 1 live class (45–60 mins) – practise together, ask questions & refine
✔️ Recording of the live class – replay anytime

Course Outline

Week 1 – Foundations

  • Prep: Yoga warm-up for shoulders, core & balance

  • Technique: Easy head balance & Half Headstand

  • Live class: Gentle intro, confidence-building

Week 2 – Building Stability

  • Prep: Strength & openness in key areas

  • Technique: Recap + Headstand at the wall

  • Live class: Explore wall support together

Week 3 – Refinement

  • Prep: Alignment & strength focus

  • Technique: Refine Headstand at the wall + Begin moving away

  • Live class: Step off the wall with guidance

Week 4 – Freedom & Exploration

  • Prep: Confidence & control

  • Technique: Moving away from the wall, falling safely, and exploring variations

  • Live class: Practise, Q&A, and celebrate your progress

Who This Course is For
