what is sound bath?

Sound Baths are relaxing, stress relieving and can be a powerful healing experience.

Experience the sounds of Native American flutes, Tibetan bowls and a wonderful Nepalese singing gong washing over you. Often described as a meditation, let the sounds guide you on a deeply relaxing journey.

'I went to enjoy a new experience but it was so much more, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed which has continued way after the workshop (I slept for 10 hours that night) I will be signing up for the next workshop. '

- Margaret Dymond

'A perfect combination of yoga followed by the amazing sounds that Susan produces from a wide range of instruments. I have been to a few sound baths before, but to have a sound bath after yoga was a real treat and this particular sound bath was amazing! I was super relaxed and could not believe how quickly the time went. Incredibly powerful experience - you must try it!'

What to expect?

We start the workshop with 60 min of gentle yoga suitable for everyone. I will guide you to flowing movements and static postures for gentle stretch and relaxation. We will conclude yoga with breath work and short meditation, ready for the Sound Bath!

After yoga, we will have a short break with beverages, biscuits and nibbles while Susan sets up. When she is ready, we will rearrange ourselves to fully immerse in the wonderful experience. Keep an open mind and enjoy!

We will conclude the evening at 8.30pm.

'The Yoga and Sound Bath was a wonderful evening. It was well paced, with an excellent yoga session to relax the participants, followed by lots of snacks and hot drinks. After that, the sound bath itself was an amazing experience that I would love to participate in again. Highly recommended.'

-David Allen

Atsuko first met Susan when she, almost accidentally, went to her Sound Bath event in 2023. It was powerful and beautiful. Atsuko instantly recognised its transformative healing power. She approached Susan next day, and it resulted in their first successful workshop May 2024.

This is our 4th joint event, due to many popular demands!
