what is sound bath?

Sound Baths are relaxing, stress relieving and can be a powerful healing experience. You will need your yoga mat, blankets and cushions so you will be warm and comfortable during the Sound Bath. Experience the sounds of Native American flutes, Tibetan bowls and a wonderful Nepalese singing gong washing over you. Often described as a meditation, let the sounds guide you on a deeply relaxing journey.
